On The Way Heating & Air provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services including but not limited to:
- Air conditioning repair, installation, and maintenance

- Indoor air quality services
- Emergency HVAC services
- System inspections and tune-ups
2. Service Area
Our services are available in Tampa, Florida and surrounding North Tampa communities including Lutz, Wesley Chapel, Carrollwood, New Tampa, Land O' Lakes, Seminole Heights, Temple Terrace, East Tampa, University Area, and Northdale.
3. Same Day... Or Don't Pay* Guarantee
Our "Same Day... Or Don't Pay*" guarantee applies to the diagnostic service fee only. If we are unable to diagnose your HVAC issue on the same day we arrive, the diagnostic fee will be waived. This guarantee:
- Applies only to appointments scheduled before 2:00 PM on regular business days
- Does not apply to parts, labor, or repair costs
- Does not apply to installation or replacement services
- May not apply during periods of extreme weather or high demand
- Is subject to technician availability
4. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on:
- Actual conditions discovered during service
- Additional repairs needed
- Parts availability and pricing changes
- Permit requirements
We will always communicate any changes to the estimate before proceeding with additional work.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved financing options. A service fee may apply for returned checks or declined payments.
6. Warranties
Our workmanship is warranted for a period specified at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate and governed by the manufacturer's terms. Warranty claims must be reported promptly and may require inspection.
7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from On The Way Heating & Air. These messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service updates and technician arrival notifications
- Promotional offers and seasonal discounts
- Maintenance reminders

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity and our promotional schedule. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.
Opt-Out
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. You may also opt out by calling (813) 922-2209 or emailing [email protected]. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive texts unless you opt back in.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier will apply. We are not responsible for any charges assessed by your carrier.
